WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

You may return any product within 14 CALENDAR DAYS following the delivery date. The returning item(s) must be in their original perfect condition with full original packaging accompanied by a valid purchase invoice. Returning items must meet the below requirements, otherwise their return may be rejected and returned to you:

(1) all returning items must be in the same perfect condition you received them;

(2) all tags and labels must remain intact;

(3) all return items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.

The 14-day eligible returns window starts from the day you receive your package from us and ends on the day you post the package back to us. Happyology reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the 14-day return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Exchange - Upon your visit

Store Credit - Upon your visit

Refund - Within 28 working days following receipt and approval of your return items

2. Return by post - Postage at customer’s own cost.

Store Credit - Next working day following the receipt and approval of your return items.

Refund - Within 7 working days following the receipt and approval of your return items.
